The jury should be asked please to consider deeply to declare a verdict on the face of the actual facts and figures of the case, not do anything, for instance, 'not guilty' or else unless cent percent judicial investigation has been perfectly undertaken to avoid creation of riot labeling the matter like George Zimmerman's a racial partiality.

Writing down something emotionally regarding one's own personal pain, ailment or else such can help release one's pain etc. and thus one can be healed out of his or wounds to great extent, as per my personal observational experience.
